It’s never too late to change of course, regardless of your age, or financial circumstances.

Dr Karen Phillip, psychotherapist and author : “Listen to others, learn everything you can, and not just talk the talk, but walk the walk.”
Jo Munro, author, consultant, retail shopping expert: “I’d say just step out and do it. And have fun, and laugh your way through it.”
Ellyse Perry, dual sports star: “You’ve got to stick at it. It’s really great to have a dream, but I think you’ve got to have the confidence and belief to carry it through even when things get a little bit tough. Make sure you’re resilient as well and embrace all the hard times.”
Gai Williams, author, pharmacist: “When opportunity knocks, open the door. Always, always take everything that’s given to you. If you make a mistake it’s a learning experience, it’s not failure, and you always come back better.
